What do you think of the new bikes that cross between a road bike and MTB?
Anyone have one of these? I just heard they have a bicycle thats new MTN cross between a bike and a road bike ….? How are you running and what the purpose really? im curious to know. Someone in the gym today told me its basically a road bike with mtb tires.
BMX Bob suggested, but you may be thinking of a hybrid bike. Its purpose is to appeal to casual riders who do not know what they want. You're right. I do not think much of them. It is a commitment which is not particularly good at anything. You will not be able to keep someone in a road bike, not going to drive off-road very well. I have a road bike on the roads, a bicycle mountain for off-road, and a garbage collected Junker errands (I have to fix it, because nobody will steal it …..).
