What are the advantages and disadvantages of bicycle seats gel on normal?
Large comfortable gel seats are good if you are in a vertical position on the bike. Not so good if you are in a more aggressive stance (hands lower) and travel long distances (more to say …. 10 miles). They have more padding that might be comfortable in the short term but cause more friction on long walks. Good padded shorts will give the right amount of padding, not too thick.
